Kuala Lumpur - Cameron Highlands - Penang

Day 1 Depart UK.

Day 2 Arrive Kuala Lumpur. 3 nights at Ritz Carlton Hotel on bed and breakfast basis.

Day 3 Half day city tour.

Day 4 Day free for shopping or exploring the city.

Day 5 Depart Kuala Lumpur in the morning for the Cameron Highlands. On the way you will pass through farming villages and stop at the Iskandar waterfall where we meet aborigines armed their traditional hunting weapons. Arrive at the hotel late afternoon for two nights accommodation at Cameron Highlands Resort on bed and breakfast basis.

Day 6 After breakfast visit the morning market, vegetable farms, rose garden, Cactus Valley and the tea factory (ex Mondays) Later in the afternoon your guide will take you on a nature walking tour.

Day 7 After breakfast continue the five hour journey north to Ipoh, the centre of the tin mining industry. Drive over the 10 mile Butterworth Bridge linking the Peninsular to the island of Penang . Arrive late afternoon and transfer to the Shangri-La Rasa Sayang Hotel for 5 nights on bed and breakfast.

Day 8 Half day Georgetown City tour. Days 9 - 12 Days at leisure.

Day 13 Depart for your flight to Kuala Lumpur and your connecting flight to the U.K.

Day 14 Arrive U.K.
