Getting to the Resorts
Redang You can either fly direct from Kuala Lumpur on Beryaya Air or travel by road to Shahbander Jetty in Terengganu which takes approx 6 hours and then take the 75 minute ferry ride to Redang. Another alternative is to fly from Kuala Lumpur to Terengganu, have a couple of days in the Tanjong Jara Resort before continuing on to Redang. There are also direct flights to Redang from Singapore.
Tioman There are direct flights from both Kuala Lumpur or Singapore. Alternatively you can travel from Kuala Lumpur by road which takes around 5 hours, then take a speed boat transfer to Tioman which takes 75 minutes.
Kuantan You can fly in 45 minutes from Kuala Lumpur or travel by road in approx 3 hours.
Tanjong Jara It takes approx 6 hours by car from Kuala Lumpur or 1 hour from Terengganu Airport and 2 hours from Kuantan Airport.
Perhentian Islands Take a flight from Kuala Lumpur to Kota Bharu which takes one hour then a car transfer to Kuala Besut taking 45 minutes before taking a 30 minute speedboat to the Island Resort.
