How to get to Pangkor Island
The island can be reached by a 3-4 hour road transfer from Kuala Lumpur or Penang to Lumut jetty. Alternatively it is a one hour drive from Ipoh, followed by a 30 minute ferry ride to the resort or fly from Kuala Lumpur's Subang airport to Pangkor.The flight is only 40 minutes although it is not a daily service and there are luggage restrictions of 10Kgs per person.The flight option is usually best suited to those people who are planning to stay in Kuala Lumpur before and after their stay at Pangkor. All guests arriving at Pangkor Airport are taken by complimentary shuttle bus directly to the resort.
